Also, you can use any batter, I chose funfetti because I wanted some depth to the color.
Make sure your egg is room temperature before whisking.
Use a whisk, not a spoon.
Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick spray.
You can use confectioner’s sugar or cinnamon and sugar to dust.

Gather your ingredients before you start. Remember, you really need your air fryer to be preheated. Preheating an air fryer makes a difference in the quality of the end product. From moist to crunchy, you need to preheat the air fryer.Ingredients
- 18 Cream Filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies OREO'S
- 1 C of Funfetti Pancake Mix
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 C Milk
- 2 Tsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Method
- Create a pancake mix with egg, oil, and milk, using a whisk to stir.
- Dip each sandwich cooking into mix, making sure to coat sides (use a pair of tongs to get the job done)
- Allow the sandwich cookie to lightly drip off the mixture
Air Fryer Preparation
- Spray basket with nonstick spray
- Temperature set to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
- Set the time for 6 minutes
Air Fryer Method
- Place up to 6 coated sandwich cookies into fry basket
- Remove at the end, transferring to plate to slightly cool.
- Spatter with powder sugar if so desired.
