Light airy treats are perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or anytime at all. The sumptuous coconut chocolate combination against a crisp, flaky layer of puff pastry are sinfully decadent. Who has time to create these little marvels popping with flavor? You do!
Trust me, Martha Stewart I am not, Dana Vento I am. Lavish desserts need to be easy to make and easy to replicate. I do not like tedious cooking, rather, I prefer a mixture of simple ingredients that combine for a pop of flavor.
With warm days and relentless heat even at night, don’t run your oven. An air fryer is the best for preparing fried foods, fast and the one I used bakes too! Gather your ingredients, and your wine and favorite book. That’s right, this takes so little time to create, you will be back outside lounging! Lavishly live food out loud and create air fryer coconut chocolate puff pastry treats.
The Secret of Air Fryer Coconut Chocolate Puff Pastry Treats
Do you know air fryers are easy to cook with? Plugging in an air fryer is about all there is to cooking with it. There are preset cook times and you can up or down the cook time and temperatures with the TOUCH of a button.
I have worked with a few different models and I am totally into this particular Air Fryer Oven/Rotisserie combination. It is not only an air fryer but an oven and a rotisserie. Make french fries, cakes, muffins, chicken, sausage, peppers, fruits, veggies and desserts, the options are endless.
No oil necessary on most food. I will tell you once in a while I will brush olive oil across some of my foods to golden them, but not often. I love not tossing fries into oil and then draining. Paper towels are not needed since there is no oil involved.
One last note: the drip tray on this is so much better than a traditional air fryer basket. The basket would be in the tray and you would have a mess. Honestly, the tray is wipeable and nonstick, even with cheese.
Air Fryer Coconut Chocolate Puff Pastry Treats
The reason you are here is for this fabulously easy to recreate recipe right? You can make so many combinations and I have tried them all. Add in Jam, or fruits like apple pie filling and cherry pie filling.
Increase the size of your puff pastry or decrease it for miniature bites. You could brush the pastry with cinnamon and sugar. Simply put, there are endless options to being creative with very few ingredients.
