Touch one button for temp and one for minutes and you are off to the frying world with 1/2 the fat and no oil! Woot Woot, because clean up is paper towel easy! Let’s get to the recipe the reason you are all here!
Delicious Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Donuts
1 – 8 Count Can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
Cinnamon Sugar Mix
¼ C Sugar
4 tbsp. Cinnamon
Optional Confectionary Glaze
¼ C Confectionary Sugar
2-3 Tbsp. Of water (depending how thick or thin you want your icing)

On a flat surface separate all the biscuits.
Place each biscuit on a flat surface, flatten.
Cut a hole in the middle of each.
Dip in Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
Place 4 donuts at a time in the Air Fryer
Program Air Fryer for 370° for 4 minutes (as you do a few batches you will need to adjust timing to 3 minutes)
When the cycle ends remove from the fryer with tongs and tray them up.
Optional to create a confectionary glaze. (wait till they have cooled)
Prep Time: 6 Minutes
Air Fry Time: 4 Minutes
Glaze Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 12 Minutes

Colder dough is easier, so as soon as it comes out of the refrigerator I set them out on a cutting board so I am ready to go. This is for separating the biscuits.
The warmer dough is best for smashing, so let it come to room temperature.
Buttermilk biscuits work best.
As the air fryer cooks batch after batch it gets faster so you may need to decrease the time by one minute.
