Moscow Mules Take On A New Holiday
Each season, holiday, and celebration require a fresh cocktail, and well one of my faves is a Moscow Mule.
Earthy ginger beer just seems to scream CHRISTMAS and holidays so I just poured it on into a copper mug.
After all, with so many holidays upon us, it’s time to let the merriment begin
I remember the first time I saw my grandfather prepare a Moscow Mule I wanted so badly to know what was in that fancy mug.
Naturally, with each different season, he stirred in a few different ingredients.
After all, you can’t change a season without updating a drink, can you?
It seems that a Festive Cranberry Ginger Moscow Mule Cocktail is the perfect balance of sip-worthy in one fancy mug!

Get ready for a bright splash of seasonal color that matches the intensity of the season from flavor to color!
Seasonal as this beverage may be, it’s what you dress it up with that actually transforms this classic cocktail into a new holiday favorite.

Tip To Rock The Cranberry Ginger Moscow Mule
Never ever skimp on the alcohol content. Don’t skim to add less, always add at least the amount.
Well, there are times you can fake it till you make it, but for this drink, take your Vodka seriously!
Really, top-shelf vodka, a.k.a. premium vodka because that is your drinks’ base.
Ketel One, Grey Goose, etc. you get the idea.
Cheap vodka absolutely ruins this drink.
Can I add a P.S. here?
You can use a LIME vodka if it’s not that $8 bottle of vodka.
Lime will give this a bit more of a boost in flavor.
Also, did I mention that once in a while we toss in a zest of fresh lime?

As far as Ginger Beer, well the sky is the limit.

However, if you are ASKING me which I use, it’s FEVER TREE.
Clean, clear, crisp, and it’s not overly sweet, which matters in this cocktail.
But again, you can use what makes you happy.
