When we start out in our working lives we all set an agenda, a goal for financial success. Along the way we stumble and have to regroup. While we are busy regrouping we find outlets through hobbies to let go of the stress that is holding us down.

For some of us, relieving stress is playing a great tennis set, for others it is sitting courtside watching the sport and sipping on lemonade. Over time tennis gear, rackets, balls, all take a beating and may be retired somewhere in your garage, attic or basement right?

Don’t just let the retired tennis gear sit there, let’s craft a DIY project and recycle it.  In fact, you might find a heightened sense of accomplishment in life and a new way to save money, leading to further financial success. Lavishly live life out loud and learn How To Repurpose Tennis Ball Cans.

REPURPOSING LIFE & YOUR FINANCIALS

Today’s post is sponsored by Voya Financial, Inc. however, thoughts, images, and the DIY tutorial are my own. I share info that is only the best of the best and Voya Financial, Inc. is a company that offers the best of the best each day!

The feeling you get when you dust something off and reuse it for a purpose it was never intended in complete awesomeness especially when it allows you to repurpose something you might have simply tossed in the trash.

Further, when you have a lot of stuff just sitting around stacked up, do you feel disorganized and overwhelmed? Do you have the strong passion for cleaning up and out, yet the pang to reuse whatever you have to get every blasted cent out of it that you put into?

What if you could repurpose something out of something you own, even if has nothing to do with what the product was originally purchased for? If you even felt a bit of yes to any of those questions you are on the path to financial success in your life and living a bit more stress-free. I am about to show you a new path to both financial freedom as well as repurposing.

REPURPOSING YOUR FINANCIALS

We often buy things we need to support our hobbies and sports, but after a while, a pile might stack up and then things go to waste. Repurposing lets you save money and really push the mold for how valuable your original purchase was. Through a new hobby of repurposing, you might just find a sense of accomplishment and decreased stress.  Still, need a little help with financial success for your future?

Turn to Voyal Financial, Inc. a company who helps Americans plan, invest and protect their savings and prepare for retirement. Voya’s simple mission is to make a secure financial future possible for you.  In fact, Voya Financial, Inc is so good at what they do that they were named the 2016 ‘World’s Most Ethical Companies” by the Ethisphere Institute. Voya Financial Inc. was also certified as a 2016 Great Place to Work and they are recognized as one of the Top Green Companies in the U.S. in 2016 (333) by Newsweek magazine.

This year, Voya Financial is celebrating Wimbledon, so I thought I would join in and share how repurposing can be fun, lead to a sense of accomplishment and help you save money on things you have already invested in. Here’s a quick tutorial to help you save and get more out of what you already own!

TENNIS BALL CANS CAN BE REPURPOSED

I have never put my tennis balls back into the containers, rather they go into a tennis tote that I have. What I have accumulated is a grand collection of tennis ball containers that have had no purpose other than to take up space in my garage.

Waste not, want not, so here we go with a bit up of repurposing to clear clutter and help me out. If you have plastic bags from shopping stops you are going to LOVE this easy to make bag holder that will enable you to store those plastic bags away very daintily! In fact, you will want to have one of these storage containers in every bathroom you own and even your car.

I have been looking into investing in stocks but I am scared I might lose my hard earned money. I think my fears will be gone if I ask help from a financial planner. Thanks for the suggestion.

This is quite handy! We currently have all our bags loose under the kitchen sink – not a great way to store them. Thanks for taking the time to create an easy to follow tutorial for those who are not great at DIY – like me!

This is such a neat idea! My family has grocery bags around the house that we keep in other grocery bags. This hack though is such a better idea, and I love the idea of putting one in your car!

What an extremely practical thing to do, not to mention environmentally friendly. Your tips on seeing a professional when it comes to financial planning is also well made. Too many of us are so busy working we do not give our finances the proper consideration they deserve for our future.
