There’s not a commercial out there for smartphones that is not offering you different entertainment apps with the purchase of a phone. Wireless service provides are beckoning you to spend more time on that tiny little screen in front of your face and we are all buying it.
From HBO NOW, to YouTube, to Netflix, we spend a ton of time on our portable devices, even it is uncomfortable and too small. In many families there are members with different entertainment options and we are always handing our phones to each other to share the greatness. What if there was an easier way to enjoy streaming, like on the big screen, rather than those tiny phone screens.
Now let’s make this option even more enticing. What if you could save money by cutting the cord with cable and streaming the entertainment you all have on your smartphones and watch it all on the TV, without creating you person with the phone to stop using their device.
In fact, what I am about to introduce you to will let the phone stream and still allows you to use your phone as you normally do. I see the dollar bills from saving on cable stacking up, don’t you? Here is your shot at making the most of the apps and entertainment already on your phones!
Making The Most Of Apps and Entertainment Already On Your Phone
It’s time to cut the cord with cable. Most of us have had it with the horrendous bills. Let’s face it, so many have already taken to Netflix, an HBO NOW, that we don’t need cable. But, there’s more. What if you could watch YouTube, and photos, shows, movies, live TV and more on your TV? Yes, I did just go there!
See it. Stream it.
The concept I am about to introduce you to is See it. Stream it. Meet Chromecast. Chromecast is designed to make the most of those apps and entertainment already on your phone. Want to watch movies, live TV, YouTube or share photos on the big screen? Chromecast makes it possible.
Maybe the best part, this device, Chromecast is not limited to sharing from just one device, it will share from ALL of your families devices. So if one family member is with the wireless provider that gave them HBO NOW free as part of their package, you all get HBO NOW Free. IF another member got NETFLIX free with their activation, you all have Netflix. If you have an APP that streams entertainment, your whole family has access now!
Here’s the best part about Chromecast: you do not have to stop using your device to enjoy the apps for entertainment that you might want your family to benefit from. Rather, you just keep doing what you normally do, it is really this easy!
Stream from your phone to TV
Not The Junkie Apps Either
Use Your Voice
Ready to start streaming with your Chromecast? Just say what you want to watch from compatible apps and control your TV hands-free, with Chromecast and Google Home working seamlessly together.² Here’s an example of what to say, “Ok Google, play Stranger Things from Netflix on my living room TV.” ¹
Great post. Google Chromecast sure is a gadget everyone should have at home. I can see my girls taking lots of advantage of it.

I love streaming from my phone to my tv. It is so convenient!
This is an item that we need to try. We already have a good quality internet connection so this is perfect for us.
We love ours. It makes it so easy to watch stuff at home!
I need this in my life. I have multiple streaming apps on my phone and would love to reduce my monthly costs.
I love Chromecast! It’s such a great tool to give us options!
All such great ideas. I have never watched a show/movie on my phone only because I don’t enjoy the smaller screen lol. BUT if I was in a pinch I would definitely enjoy your ideas.
I try to use what’s on my phone as well. I don’t even have cable. We don’t see much of a use for it. We’d actually have to get satellite if we wanted tv, so we just go with things like Netflix. It works for us.
Being able to get everything from our devices onto the big screen would definitely be nice. The whole family can benefit from each other’s apps and subscriptions too.
Our home is all Googled out, and we love it. We use their products to stream and assist and pretty much do anything they can possibly do. Technology is great!
