Roast Beef & Beef Pot Pie
Cut of roast beef for beef pot pie
Rather than cook down beef, or buy some gristly cheap cut of beef, I buy lunchmeat.
Roast beef at the deli is easy to use and already cooked.
Additionally, I can see if there is a large line of fat or marble that I don’t want and ask for a different brand.
Also, I can control the amount of meat needed, and not overbuy.
BONUS TIP for Yummy Beef Pot Pie BEEF
Last, I can choose from low sodium lunch meat which is another great option and I can buy it a few days ahead.
