With growing teens and the need for easy, taste good recipes, I ten to keep meal preparation prepared in bulk. My mainstay from meal preparation is usually large portions of meat so my kids have plenty of protein in their diets.
As a person who personally loves fries, I try to incorporate them into some of our meals. What I love doing is taking a leftover meat, and amping it up a bit with a new ingredient to really change a meal. I used to use shredded cheese for this recipe, but I decided to change things up and use a delicious cheese sauce that knocks it out of the park.
Here is my latest use of leftover shredded pot roast. The meal prep for shredded pot roast cheese fries is about 15 minutes from start to finish and most of that is spent in the oven. Lavishly live shredded pot roast cheese fries out loud and try this recipe!
