Hyundai makes a nice ride. In fact, Hyundai vehicles are modestly priced and offer a lot of amenities within. Driving a Hyundai is not what you might expect. I mean, I have driven so many different vehicles, but time and time again, I use Hyundai as a point of reference.
From smooth highway driving to incredible gas mileage, there are a lot of key reasons to drive Hyundai. I am very partial to the auto-dimming when it comes to high beams, but that is just a little bit of my perspective.
Hyundai is a terrific family vehicle and there are a lot of options in models for small families to growing families. Whether you are shopping at wholesale clubs, hauling strollers or extra cargo, you are sure to find a Hyundai SUV perfect for your family. Lavishly live cars out loud and let’s figure out which Hyundai is best for your family?
Which Hyundai Is Best For Your Family?
There are at least 4 Hyundai vehicles that come to mind when I think about families and their needs in a car. Hyundai Kona SUV, the Santa Fe Sport SUV, and the Tucson SUV. Each are SUV’s but they differ in price and seating.
The Hyundai Kona ranges between $19K up to $26.9K for the Kona Ultimate. Offered in 7 bold colors and it is a 4 Door SUV being marketing as a “Smart Utility Vehicle.” There are available 18″ alloy wheels, create a real sporty looking vehicle. The interior offers optional customized color stitching and two-tone color options.
As for hauling, there is a dual level cargo floor. Perfect for city driving. Also available with AWD making it great for those snow covered roads. When driving around you will love the available ‘heads-up display’ you have everything right in front of your eyes!
The Hyundai Kona seats 5, however, this is best seating 4 when it comes to families. Did I mention cloth interiors, perfect for vacuuming? Great for families of 3 and 4.
Hyundai Tuscon SUV
Find models from $20K – to $26K, depending on which model you select. (SE, SEL, SEL PLUS, SPORT, VALUE, LIMITED) From the Dynamic Bending Light to the optional panoramic sunroof, there’s a lot to love about this vehicle.
The lights move with your car as it goes around corners, keeping everything illuminated in your path. When your hands are too filled with little hands or packages you will love the available Hands-free smart liftgate with auto open. Just wave your foot beneath the back tailgate and the tailgate opens, it’s super easy and convenient.
On the interior, you will find seating for 5 and a generous cargo area behind. A gracious vehicle for a family of 4 with plenty of models to choose from.
Hyundai Santa Fe
Just knowing there is seating for 7, you already get this is the perfect larger family SUV. Ranging in price from $27K to $36K depending on which of the 3 models you choose from. The seating in the Santa Fe conforms easily to your ever-changing lifestyle. In fact, it’s 7-passenger seating with 50/50 split folding3rd row!
Gas mileage on the vehicle differs a bit between models, but roughly expect the following: 17/23/20 MPG – City/Hwy/Combined. Truly a larger family vehicle, perfect for strollers, and wholesale club stock ups.
