Method
- In a large mixing bowl place meat, breadcrumbs, milk, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix together well, it should be firm to touch.
- Roll Meatballs by the Tablespoon into a ball then flatten in your hand.
- Add Pepperoni pieces to the middle of the flattened meatball and bring outsides of flattened to the inside forming a ball again and then roll to seal.
- Place Sauce in Pressure Cooker and then put meatballs into the cooker.
- Choose the meat setting and decrease the time to 15 minutes.
- Release pressure immediately.

Notes
If using sandwich pepperoni, cut it into small pieces.
Pillow Pack Pepperoni works great because is small and folds!
Serve on buns, without buns, or on pasta!
Don't saute, in case they stick that is a nightmare (experience talking here!)
Preheat your Instant Pot with the garlic, just as you are beginning to roll the meatballs.
Once you are done and the garlic sizzles, turn off saute and remove the liner from heat.
This will also decrease that build-up time for the Pressure cooker!
Place all the meatballs in the liner and replace liner to the Instant Pot.
Then proceed as instructed.
