I am such a foodie that each time a new summer menu appears in my favorite restaurants I head out to try them. I am even more about the meal when it is meatless and instead seafood and tonight the meal was all about seafood.
Truth be told my favorite seafood is a shellfish, Lobster. I so love lobster that I often buy it and prepare it at home. What I love even more is heading out and enjoying succulent lobster cooked to perfection that comes as part of a summer duo platter

Reeling In A Fabulously Fresh New Summer Seafood Menu
Summer is about getting outdoors, enjoying food and time together and that’s just what we did as my husband and headed out to dine on the new summer menu at the Bonefish Grill. We stopped everything and decided tonight is about date night, new eats and light summer fare.
Bonefish Grill is serving up an incredible new sea fare offering. The Summer Duos as they are referred to after all everything is better in pairs right?
We started off our dining with the fresh bread that Bonefish Grill bakes to perfection and dunked in a little bit of their delectable and light dipping oil.
While our meal did not include a salad, I simply can not forego a salad when I am at Bonefish Grill because they are fresh and the seeds and olives make the perfect plate. Top it off with the house dressing and you are set to feast on a satisfying bed of greens.
Now it was time to reel in the star attraction the Fresh Ceviche appetizer.

Dynamite-Style Wild Salmon, wood-grilled Wild Sockeye Salmon topped with dynamite aioli and feta cheese, served with a summer blend of golden gnocchi, tomatoes, spinach and fresh-shucked corn.
Wood-Grilled Grouper & Shrimp – A favorite of many chefs who compare the texture of grouper as “being like a cloud,” it’s cut in-house then lightly blackened and topped with three jumbo shrimp and a fresh citrus aioli, made with zests of orange, lemon, and lime.
Caribbean Style Dayboat Scallops, sushi-grade caramelized scallops served with fresh pineapple salsa and vanilla bean rum butter, alongside green beans and jasmine rice.
Handcrafted Libations at Bonefish never disappoint and this line-up is amazing. Enjoy a Fresh Watermelon Martini – Hand-muddled watermelon, house-infused English cucumber and Fris vodka infusion and fresh sour, garnished with frozen watermelon cubes. Or, try a bit of Hawaii with the Sparkling Blue Hawaiian handcrafted cocktail – a bright and breezy beverage made with rum, Blue Curacao liqueur, Coco Lopez and fresh pineapple juice, topped with prosecco.
Summer Berry Bread Pudding, a house-made brioche bread pudding infused with Grand Marnier and orange zest, served with fresh summer berries, ice cream, whipped cream and salted caramel sauce.
