- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Heavy whipping cream
- Raspberry Jello
- Vanilla
- Confectioner’s sugar
- Leftover Panettone
How To Make Berry Panettone Stack Desserts
- Start by preparing the cream. In a bowl, combine the ingredients and whip vigorously. It’s essential to achieve stiff peaks for the right texture. (do note that it will take about 5 minutes or more to get that whipped cream to a thicker texture.
- Cut the panettone into circular shapes using the cookie cutter if you have issues just clip off the extra with kitchen scissors.
- Layering is key. Start with panettone, add a generous dollop of cream, then a layer of berries. Repeat for an impressive stack.
- Once each layer is made, I used a spatula to spread the whipped topping around the exterior sides to cover them like a cake would look smoothing the raspberry whipped topping along the sides of the freshly cut circle so it looks like a cake.
- Garnish the top layer creatively. This is where you can add your personal touch.
