Who loves the freshest and fresh in seafood? Do you love lobster and shrimp and you love seafood rolls and sushi? I don’t eat meat I certainly do enjoy a fresh, piece of seafood. When vacation is upon me or when I am traveling to states that border the ocean, I totally crave seafood and that is what happened while I was in Cape Coral.
As a self-proclaimed foodie, who aligns with the best of the best, I sought out the premiere seafood market and bistro, based on ratings given, and the fact that the restaurant had already won an award. Here’s what really matters: this lobster and seafood restaurant won the TripAdvisor 2016 Winner certificate of excellence award and I ate every bite of yum that earned that award.
From fresh lobster flown in on an airplane to local seafood catches and handcrafted burgers and steaks, Lobster Lady In Cape Coral is Cape Coral’s Premiere Seafood Restaurant.

Please note that from the minute you open this menu, your seafood journey will have met bliss, and nothing you eat anywhere else will ever come close to the freshness you will experience here. Cape Coral’s Premiere Seafood Restaurant – the Seafood Meal You Are Seeking
Meet lobster lady a fresh seafood restaurant that is the best of the best in the Cape Coral area, in fact, they’ve already been winning awards for their outstanding food. You will see a bustling parking lot and the Cape Creamery (yummy ice cream) in this strip mall if you have arrived.
Don’t let a small wait or those waiting outside stop you from eating here because you will miss if you drive away. Call about an hour before you go to reserve your spot, the restaurant is worth the wait, please let me say that over and over again.
My last comment on this is simple, if you are this busy, your seafood must be fresh because people are buying it, eating it and then it has to be reordered. I met the guy in charge of ordering (GM Jeff) and they order only enough seafood to do a day and a half of business, never more, so guess how fresh that food on your plate is?
Cape Coral’s Premiere Seafood Restaurant – Our Server
Tina, our server cut right to the chase on suggestions of what things to order, but also on how darn fresh the seafood is. I like no-nonsense servers. Right to the best of the best, and why to want to try it. That was how TINA was. Great suggestions and definitely knows the food inside and out!
Lobster is taking very seriously here in fact lobster is flown in on a jet plane on a daily basis how’s that for the first-class service. Tina went into some great detail and explain how this all comes about.
Truly there is nothing on the menu that is not good we sampled so much that I can honestly attest to the impeccable taste of each different food
INSIDE LOBSTER LADY – Cape Coral’s Premier Seafood Restaurant
The ambiance of music and dining seem to have disappeared from our culture but not at Lobster Lady, it’s here 7 days a week and it makes dining so fun. I am not talking about loud, aggressive music, I am talking about music that fits the ambiance and gently disappears as you dine and enjoy, yet it is still there.
Experience is not an experience to me unless it is multifaceted and Lobster Lady has wholesale, a market, carry out, and dine-in options. On the weekends, they are open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
The dress is semi-casual we saw people there and everything from shorts to T-shirts and flip flops (on a guy) then we saw some others were far more dressed in dress shorts, dress slacks, and lovely dresses.
I was not sure how to dress, as we had been in the same plaza for ice cream and everyone was a tad more dressed up than in other locations in Cape Coral, yet another indicator the restaurant would be all that and then some.
THE MARKET
When you walk in, you meet the Greeter and you see a restaurant side on the right as well as a market place with an extensive fish case because this is a market too.
Additionally, this is the side where you will find the entertainment but the sound carries throughout the restaurant. There was also outside seating, just in case you were curious, but I would use that for daytime (IMO)
Are you here just for the drinks and fresh appetizer plazas? The bar area is perfection with display cases in front of you, and a selection of top-shelf alcohol that is amazing. You can eat barside or sit bar side.
STARTERS –

Start off the seafood party
There’s nothing I like better than ruining a good meal with a great appetizer LOL. And while I just I do have to tell you that I truly believe that any starter place that I eat always killed my appetite so I try to keep this in mind as I taste test.
I do think that just coming in for appetizers or starters would be plenty, with a side of alcoholic beverages. Probably a great ladies night out or date! Perhaps I will try this on my next visit, as small plates (which these are not small) would be a great way to taste even more!
It truly would be hard to pass up any of the good starters so here the ones we tasted. First up, Gator Bites with Gator Sauce. No, I did not try these, I don’t eat meat. Even if the gator goes in the water it does not count as Seafood! So, the kids demolished these, just o have bragging rights of Eating Gator!
Wasabi Deviled Eggs are where it’s at. Totally offering up a little bit of heat, and definitely, wildly delicious.
Pair this up with a soft white wine, or a good brew and call it a night! Total Yum Fest here.
SUSHI
Leave room for more, because you don’t want to miss out on the Sushi. Really, I don’t know how we managed to eat so much food,
but it is that good! Not only are the plates colorful, but the food dances in your mouth with flavor! 
Every piece of food that comes to the table is presented in an exquisite manner. It is as divine to look at as it is to eat! You simply can’t go wrong with anything you choose! Are you hungry yet? Don’t worry, I will eat this for you. You can lick the screen and then visit on your own vacation, lol!
Libations
The guy at the table next to us ordered this drink, and of course, I had to photo it! Meet the Lobster Mary. Next time I am there I am going to have this. Yes, we are headed back, this restaurant is so Dana, it’s awesome!!!!
Yes, you guessed it that is a 5/6 oz lobster tail in there with jumbo chilled shrimp, cucumbers, green olive, pickled green bean, pickled asparagus, cherry tomato, celery stalk, lime wedge, rimmed glass and vodka, Sing Zang and clamato. Is it a meal or is it a drink? I say order more and bottoms up!
Lobster mac & cheese
My one son is really not seafood at it, but he loves meat. We begged him tonight to try something different and head out of his comfort zone. Here is a middle ground, for giving-in to us. Yes, Mac-n-Cheese.
It’s not just your ordinary mac-n-cheese however. This is Lobster with the mac-n-cheese. Yes, we got him to eat seafood with a small nudge of his favorite staple, Mac-n-Cheese.
In addition, he even ate a salad which was quite impressive because he hates greens LOL! The bow is a large size possible filled with macaroni and chunks of delicious fresh lobster. My bet is that the staff in the kitchen did not probably have to wash his dish because he licked it clean almost literally.
Seafood Sampler
For those of you that can’t make up your minds, the Seafood Sampler is a good starting point. You get a few pieces of seafood that all are yummy and presented with a veggie! If you are indecisive this is your target dish. No worries, it is as good as everything else that we had at our table, you are sure to enjoy!

Steak
Steak naturally is found at a seafood restaurant. Best of the best right? Of course, if you have allergies to seafood, you can eat steak! Dig in. What a lovely cut of filet.
As I mentioned before, even if you are not a seafood lover, you can dine here from freshly made burgers to steak, and chicken, you are sure to find something for everyone in your group.
My son, who has severe food allergies ate a steak and corn and loved every last piece of it!

Which one would you want? The lobster selection ranges from 5/6 oz to 20 oz and Wow are they good!
Hello my little lobster friend, who was not so little and rather 20/24 oz Cold Water Tail, stuffed with Crab Meat (yes I went all out) and sauteed spinach (so good).
HANDS DOWN this is the best lobster tail I have EVER eaten in my life and we have done some serious traveling and dining out.
The size and the taste were everything you could possibly want. Order this you won’t be disappointed.
Dessert
What would any meal be without dessert? I guess I would have to answer that as unfinished. So as if we had not gorged enough we went ahead and ordered dessert and I am so glad we did.
From bread putting to cheesecake, the menu is extensive and it definitely tops out a wonderful evening.
