Most of us might have been introduced to Eggnog out of the carton, but this recipe is so easy, you will soon be making your own.

I am very big on tradition yet, also bigger on HOMEMADE versions of all foods and drinks for the season.
You know I am a queen of the kitchen, used to own a restaurant, cooked, and even did private parties.
Why in the world would I settle for crappy carton Eggnog Milk when I can make it healthier and better without eggs and literally in seconds.
I don’t settle, I make.
This eggnog takes less than 2 minutes to make and in reality about a minute!

Take the eggs out of eggnog then you have the easiest ever eggless eggnog!
I totally dislike eggs, so making this is a better alternative for me.
While I will cook with eggs and eat them in recipes, I really don’t want to drink them, so thanks no thanks, not happening!

Easiest ever eggless Eggnog overview
You will be using all the seasonal spices such as ginger, cinnamon, allspice, etc.
If you wish you can use cardamom but it might take the flavor a bit of a different direction, but that’s all personal decisions and how you want your eggnog to taste!
When we spike it, Fireball is perfection inside this, is as a basic whiskey or bourbon.
The milk you use will depend on you, and I’ve used plant-based almond, and countered it with a bit of vanilla extract as well as using basic milk from skim up to full fat!
In other words, this will fit who you are no matter how you make it!
Easiest EVER Eggless Eggnog + Alcohol Tip
Did I mention that if you love spiking your eggnog, this will really make you happy, because YOU Can spike this eggless eggnog and it tastes FABULOUS?
Just don’t overdo the amounts or you will get watery eggnog.
I suggest adding-in alcohol AFTER you create, about one jigger per 8 oz.
Make this ahead or on-demand, it’s that easy!
Always shake the easiest ever eggless eggnog before serving.
The nicest part of this is if someone is coming and only likes Almond Milk, then make this with Almond Milk.
NO matter what it turns out perfect!
Also, you don’t have to croak on eggs or worry about tempering those beasts against warm milk.
None of that.
No stove, no effort, just pure freaking bliss in a glass.
Bottle it, take it everywhere you go, it will be asked for over and over.
The beauty of this recipe is that most of you will have the few ingredients you need in the house and you won’t have to get out of your comfy clothes to go get what you need to make it! Love this! Holidays at home!
Suggestion
I purchase a bunch of glass bottles that are airtight, and then when I make this I put this into the bottles.
When I go to someone’s home, I tote this along.
Trust me, there’s nothing ever left and I get sent home with the bottle and ONE request “please refill me!”
Plus remember to use festive mugs or clear pedestal glasses to serve this in as it is really pretty!
If you love maraschino cherries, I suggest one on top of whipped cream and a little bit of cherry juice as well.
Wait till you taste that!
For those that want a minty taste, use Mint Schnapps, it’s crazy good to have minted eggnog.
I mean, I could tell you how many ways we’ve taste-tested this but half the fun of this recipe is adding in your own twist!

Pretty much I just toss it into my food processor or blender or whatever I have handy at the time!
Yes, it is this easy!
Once you’ve made it you can serve it.
Consider topping it off with whipped topping or nothing if you prefer!
Sprinkle with a bit more nutmeg, or if you want some colored sprinkles.
The only thing you don’t want to do is under-pour the amount of milk, or you will get PUDDING in a jar. (let’s just say I learned this the hard way!)

You can store this in the refrigerator, and do note the ingredients will separate, but no worries.
Use milk that has a nice forward expiration date, and SHAKE the contents before serving which is how this all comes back together again.
Just stop purchasing the additive-loaded, crap in a carton and make your own tasty, better version of eggless eggnog.

Eggless Eggnog in a Minute
Ingredients
- 5 c Milk (you choose your weapon! Skim, 2%, etc
- 2 tsp rum extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 oz PACKAGE OF Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon totally optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in the blender, and mix until powder ceases to exist (in other words it is blended).
- Chill and serve. Yup, that was so darn easy, if you blinked you missed the directions.
- If you are adding in alcohol, I suggest AFTER it is mixed and again, one jigger per glass of 8oz.
- Top this treat off with whipped topping or nothing. Sprinkle with a bit more nutmeg or if you want some colored sprinkles.
- The only thing you don't want to do is under-pour the amount of milk, or you will get PUDDING in a jar. (let's just say I learned this the hard way!)
