Shaking It Up with Nutrisystem
Each morning, as I start with my coffee, I actually begin to visualize my morning shake from Nutrisystem. If you have not heard about the shakes before, they are definitely something you need to hear about! The shakes are creamy, frothy, cool and satisfying.
Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and Coffee are the flavors that will pass into your mouth if you select the different shake flavors available. The shake containers makes perfectly whipped shakes each and every time. The stirrer on the inside looks like a whisk in the form of a ball and it really moves the shake powder around. Never once have I had any shake powder residue sticking anywhere in my shake dispenser. I love that the dispenser firmly secures onto the neck of the cup and the spout if perfect for drinking.
I add the ice, liquid and then the shake powder and I shake, shake, shake, about 40 times in succession and the shaking motion creates the most heavenly, frothy shake you can imagine. I then sip by sip consume the shake and my stomach is satisfied for a few hours more. The shakes are healthy, low in sodium and I have to be honest that my favorite flavor by a landslide is strawberry. It really reminds me of strawberry milk which I love!
Shaking it up has helped me shake off the weight which I am losing daily. I am down about 14 pounds so I would say this has been a successful shake it up event!
