Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip offer so many attractions and things to do that sorting it all out is kind of unnerving. Casino life, best drinks, best shows, best attractions and more kept me moving on my most recent trip.

While in Vegas, think about all the indulgent treats you provide yourself with really big drinks (libations of course) to those famed oversized meals or massive buffets. Your body has to process all of this and that’s fine because it is a vacation. Have you ever wondered more about your body, the veins, the anatomy?

Sometimes, taking a break from the real Vegas can be quite eventful. For me, it was about finding a Vegas attraction where real bodies are strangely entertaining. Lavishly live travel out loud and get ready to see this Vegas attraction where Real Bodies are strangely entertaining. Trust me this is not about people watching, lol. Viva Las Vegas.

VEGAS EXPERIENCE NOT TO MISS!

Who needs Fremont Street in Vegas when you can find some strangely entertaining attractions right on the Vegas Strip?

Take a break from people watching and do some body watching.

Truth be told, I was not all keen on going to see body anatomy.

I was more about seeing Bally’s but Michael (husband) is completely into this type of exhibit.

Of course, a compromise was created and we merged itineraries.

Just in case you are wondering, my ask was a drink at the bar and a few spins on the slot machines in return, lol!

What Is REAL BODIES at BALLY’S?

The name describes REAL BODIES. Truly bodies that have been preserved, are intact, cadavered into pieces and displayed.

Trust me you will learn so much about the body through these displays.

Some of the exhibit pieces are graphic, so unless you have a solid belly and can handle reality, don’t head in!

Also, if you do not have a strong belly, don’t eat before you go, or you might share how the human digestive tract works right there ROLF.

As you venture in, there are displays that truly share the interior and exterior of the human body anatomy.

Displays are so effective in communicating our body, and so eerily real (well they are but just dead).

I swear sometimes the preserved bodies were watching me, they are so realistic, while not alive.

Seriously, isn’t it freaky, entertaining and yet so incredible all in one breathe?

Did you know that? So you really could swim in your own pool of spit, lol!

Learning at this exhibit comes not only from looking at the displays but from reading.

You progress room by room and body party by body part (there are over 200 anatomical specimens to stare at!)

Looking at a specimen once is not possible, in some cases it is like a train wreck because you don’t want to look but you are just compelled.

The ambiance is set with lower lighting, and a no-fail pathway to see it all.

Ready For Your Real Bodies Adventure?

Curious as to how much time to a lot? I have to be honest it will vary for everyone.

Personally, our venture was about 1 hour through, attempting to read all the cards and attending each exhibit station.

Some were whizzing through in under 30 minutes. Can you photo inside? Absolutely.

Will I share all my photos?

Nope, I want to share some but let’s keep some of it under wraps so you have a great destination on your Vegas itinerary.  While my admission to REAL BODIES at Bally’s
was provided, images and content are my own,  based on a strangely entertaining set of subject matter. Vegas Baby! ~ Dana

This exhibit sounds very crazy interesting and informative. I didn’t even know this existed as me and my husband has been adding places to visit during Vegas list, good to know about this.

We were in Vegas a couple years ago and wish so badly that we would have seen this exhibit! I’ve always been very interested in the human body and how it works! I guess I’ll have to go back soon!

This is interesting! I’m not sure how to feel about these so I will give it deeper contemplation. The museum is like an accident scene where you really don’t want to look, but you can’t help staring. (Oh great, now you are making me think way too hard about it…LOL). xo Blessings!

This exhibit sounds very interesting and informative. Definitely not what I think of when I’m thinking Vegas, but I think that’s probably part of the draw, something a little different from the norm.

My boyfriend reeeeeaaaaally wants to go to Vegas, but none of us are into casinos, so I was worried we’d end up just being bored or spending a fortune on shows. This place looks like the perfect thing to keep us both entertained!
