The new year is almost here and if you want to make changes you need to write them down and be realistic. Who is ready to bid adieu to the old year and try again? Be Realistic
What are your first steps to creating a flat belly? Be realistic and don’t think that change will just happen overnight, because it is not like that. It took time to create that little curdle on your mid-section and it takes time to get it off! Let’s look at what you can do to help move things along in the right direction!

1. Cut Carbs
Carbs are the evil, rotten vixen-like thing that sticks to your middle more than syrup does to your finger. Start easy, cut out the biggies in your diet such as bread, pasta, white rice, if it is white it’s gotta go!
2. Increase the Protein
Protein has been proven to effectively fight against belly fat. I am not talking about downing a pack of hot dogs, rather, making conscious decisions to eat the right proteins to kick start the weight loss and keep the weigh toff. Foods like salmon, shrimp, Orange Roughy, chicken, pork, etc are the meats you want to consume, not fried, but baked or grilled.
Other great proteins are eggs and dairy in their most natural state as well as avocados and nuts (almonds, cashews, etc)
3. Reduce Sugar
Don’t grab for that candy bar or those stuffed snack crackers and by all means stop eating those mints loaded with sugar! How about opting in some sugar-free mints, gum, celery, almonds or even fizzy, sparkling water without any sweeteners in it? Sugar is bad for you, and it loves the areas on your body that you don’t want it to love on!

I can wear it as a band or clip it to my pocket, making it convenient to use and it supplies awesome feedback on my exercise – You definitely need one of these to help you along in the exercise, it will become your best friend.
