First, instead of drinking caffeine before bed, trade it for a glass of water. Fair warning, water may run right through you too disrupting your sleep with the need to void, but at least you will not stay awake longer because caffeine can have that result. Water would be a better choice.
So,Rather than find out if you are one of those ‘someone’s just don’t drink caffeine at least 6 hours before you plan on getting to bed!
Then you might just wake up refreshed because water does not have caffeine. Plus, taking caffeine out of your daily lifestyle or keeping to a dull roar is a great health tip too, so you’ve done well for yourself. Congratulations!
