Have you ever cooked with a 3 tier steamer? I have been using one for a while now and I love how fresh the food tastes after it prepared inside of the steamer. Steamers actually are a great way to cook multiple foods at once that you are serving as a meal.
Perhaps the biggest advantage of cooking with a steamer is how healthy food preparation is. In fact, I add only natural ingredients, and I do not add much spice and often the best tasting food just appears. I am all about fast, and easy to recreate recipes, because there is no sense publishing what you all can’t make as well right?
Today’s recipe takes the best of shrimp, cooks it with a little zest and adds a veggie. To add a little more to this recipe, I suggest using lettuce wrap (Boston Lettuce) served up with a side of coleslaw. If you really want more spice, use a hot sauce, and change up the flavor just a bit. A Mango salad with fresh strawberries tastes good as a side dish as well.
This recipe is great for serving one or more, just tweak it. The beauty of the cooked shrimp in this recipe translates to more of using the steamer as a natural method to defrost while adding a spice, rather than placing the shrimp in a water bath to defrost. In addition, the shrimp are deveined and peeled making it an easy serving seafood dish! Lavishly live food out loud and make sure to make yourself a plate of Spicy Shrimp and Snow Peas.
