~Chunks Of cheese can be anything from cheesesticks to chunked up cheese from a party
~Cucumber Chunks -take the skin off
~Croutons can be flavored or not, they are just there for the crunch
~Balsamic dressing makes this really have great tasting notes
You can add less rice and more veggie, or more rice and less veggie, that is the beauty of this recipe, it is totally adjustable to what you have on hand and your eating preferences.
