There are no steadfast rules when it comes to the ingredients, you can add or delete anything you don’t like, and remember to add red air-fried beets using the same air-fried golden beet salad recipe. You’ll have a lot of color popping too!

- Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Baby arugula
- Balsamic vinegar Or Balsamic glaze (we alternate)
- Olive Oil
- Minced garlic
- Chopped pistachios (or chopped walnuts or pecans)
- Crumbled creamy goat cheese (or substitute we do all the time see the list below)
- Chopped fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Additional options, drained red beets chopped up to compliment colors and add taste!

- I suggest using a balsamic drizzle lightly before serving for more color and taste.
- Serve with the dressing on the side.(in case the balsamic drizzle was enough for other’s taste preferences.
