Air Fryers are by far one of my favorite kitchen appliances because food gets cooked from every angle and it’s fast! With teens to feed, my air fryer is in high demand but the turnaround is amazingly rapid.

My kids love breakfast on a stick, and this recipe delivers breakfast on a stick fast and easy. What’s best is I know what I am putting into the food rather than those boxed frozen versions with tons of crap in them. I am in control of the ingredients be it good or bad, it is still a treat that they enjoy on the occasion.

What I love best, is the simplicity of the ingredients, and I am sure you will too. I wonder what I ever did before I began using an Air Fryer. From succulent, juicy chicken to incredible non-oil fried foods, everything turns out delish. Did you get one yet? You are missing out if you have not.

Really if you do not have an air fryer you definitely want to learn about them, and then make a purchase. No Oil needed in about 90% of the recipes I make. The other ten percent require just a spritz. Great right?

This is the air fryer I used to create these lovely breakfast wraps on a stick. The Air Fryer is fast, efficient and super easy to use, like NO learning curve just plug it in and go!

INGREDIENTS

Sharing these ingredients with you is merely a springboard. There are so many other ways to make this same food in the air fryer, but this was the path of least resistance for me. Fail-safe, fast, and delicious.

In fact, the ingredients are no worse for you than those packaged and frozen. The difference here, we are making them fast, and they are not being reheated after being cooked, unlike their freezer counterparts. You are in control of the ingredients so if you want to use TURKEY Sausage or even TOFU sausage go for it! Change it up, use this as a springboard to future creations!

Great for any day, and of course any night that you want a dinner breakfast instead! Finally, I like 8″ wooden skewers they are long enough to help and short enough to not overtake the wrap.

8 Heat N’ Serve Sausages

2 Pieces American Cheese cut into ¼’s

1 Can of 8 count Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough

8 Wooden Skewers (prefer 8″ wooden skewers)

Syrup, Ketchup or BBQ for dipping.

METHOD

On a flat surface, separate Crescent Rolls. Next, open the sausage pack and cut the cheese. Then place One Crescent Roll on the surface, unrolled. Leave yourself some space to work.

Now, work from wide triangle to the tip of the triangle and then add sausage and piece of cheese strip to the widest part of the crescent roll. Yes, this is very easy.

Simply, pull each end over sausage and cheese. It’s time to roll and tuck the rest of the dough until you reach the tip of the triangle. Do make sure to pinch all the dough as you want it sealed on each end.

Finally, place up to 4 of these in Air Fryer basket (or more if your basket is bigger. Then, select 380° for 3 minutes (or 4 until golden brown). It’s time to remove and add the wooden skewer, and then tray up and serve them.

Use all the traditional condiments like BBQ, Ketchup or Syrup for dunking. Yum. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 8 Heat N’ Serve Sausages
  • 2 Pieces American Cheese cut into ¼’s
  • 1 Can of 8 count Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
  • 8 Wooden Skewers
  • Syrup Ketchup or BBQ for dipping.

Instructions

  • On a flat surface, separate Crescent Rolls.
  • Open Sausages
  • Cut Cheese
  • Place One Crescent Roll on the surface, unrolled.
  • Work from Wide Triangle To tip of the triangle.
  • Add sausage and cheese strip to the Widest part of the crescent roll.
  • Pull Each end over sausage and cheese.
  • Roll and tuck the rest of the dough until you reach the tip of the triangle.
  • Make sure to pinch all the dough.
  • Place up to 4 of these in Air Fryer.
  • Select 380° for 3 minutes (or 4 until golden brown)
  • Remove and add in skewer.
  • Tray and serve with BBQ, Ketchup or Syrup for dunking.
