I am about heart healthy foods, and I appreciate that our bodies need a certain percentage of fat in each meal, but I don’t need to soak something in grease to get it crispy to make it fried. We love frozen french fries, after all they are delightful with almost any meal and so are onion rings, but getting those frozen foods from the frozen state to cooked often means dragging out a fryer with oil.

- 1 Pound of Chicken Breast Tenders
- 1 Egg Whisked (beaten with fork)
- 1 C of Bread Crumbs or Panko (your choice)
- Line your chicken, egg and breadcrumbs in a row
- Add An Empty Plate
- Dip the Chicken Into the Egg
- Dip the Chicken From the egg into the Breadcrumbs
- Place the resulting dipped chicken on plate
- Transfer plated food to oil-less fry basket
