As a travel writer ever I never say NO to more knowledge! Brian shared the ‘Dyson’ building, the bridges, why the Ha’Penny was called what it was as well as a lot more info, that I just digested and used later.
We saw the main street with The Spire of Dublin, all of the buses and the railcar, which he cautioned us about.
He told us it was silent when it runs so to watch for it before crossing. (He literally made the difference in one of our walks, trust me).
Tired as tourists, I was not paying attention, and luckily Michael was because Brian had cautioned us.
Brian described Pubs and to use them when it was raining to enjoy Guinness, which he also discussed. He gave some insight on when to visit Guinness and how to avoid crowds. We loved this ride and our time with Brian.
Now, I know when I go back to Ireland, I would again use The Limousine Company.

We took many taxis while we were there. I want to say this, it’s not easy to get a taxi that wants to accept a credit card in Dublin.
We must have gone through a line of them numbering at least 6 before one said, ‘Yes’.
This happened in a few days. Other times, even with the MyTaxi app, we could not locate a driver.
Another couple told us a nightmare story of their transfer in, and I had to snicker because ours was pre-planned and smooth.
To the point that we were even advised of the ‘flow’ after getting off our Dublin plane all the way through to meeting our driver, Brian.

Our Pickup Back To The Airport.
I had a few ‘bumps’ in our return from the hotel to the Dublin airport and I dropped an email to The Limousine Company with a request for an alternative pickup time by about 1/2 hour.
We had a scheduling quirk with our flight, bags that needed to be checked (that were not to be checked), and needed time for the Horizon Tax machine, so we changed things up.
Within minutes of my query for a changed time, it was confirmed.

We were a party of 2, with 2 large international, 50-pound check bags, 2 carry-on bags, and 2 backpacks.

Michael took a walk outside and there was our driver about 15 minutes ahead of our time. Yes, priceless.
This time, our vehicle was a lovely Black, shiny, and very clean, Mercedes Van.
Of course, I let my bag rest as well, after all, it worked hard too, lol!
Our driver (sorry I did not get his name, as we moved fast) was kind and promptly loaded our bags. We were delivered right to the airport on schedule.
Once at the airport, our bags were unloaded at the proper door and we proceeded to check-in and get things straightened out with our flights and baggage. Forehead swipe to get things calmed down.
Perhaps the least stressful part of our 4 airport jaunt we were about to endeavor. You can see there are 5 seats across the back there and our luggage is behind as you saw it being loaded.
