DIY To Hide TV Cables Creating A Cord-Free Wall
You can see what I discovered to get rid of those cables from my flat-screen hanging television. A box that has everything in it I need to complete a simple DIY. The Legrand In Wall Power Kit is installed behind a flat screen television. It is easy to route the tv power and the HDMI Cable in-wall. If the box had stated, ‘need electrician’ I would have run the other way, I want to be able to do this myself and quickly.
Guess what? No electrical wiring required. Even if you hate working with electricity no worries, this is not part of what you are doing. The install is not about electricity it is about hiding wires. Who is ready to rid those unsightly television cable wires? Want to see what we are about to do? Watch this video.
Here’s what is going on behind the scenes, so to speak.
Use the tool provided in the box to cut your first hole, easy peasy.
Cut number 2 is at the top behind the flat screen.
Total magic right? Let’s look behind the scenes to see the magic makers.
Fast and easy if you follow the directions. This is pretty much about 2 cuts in your drywall and tucking the wires into the wall. Everything you need is in the kit, down to wall-cutting apparatus. The entire projects takes all of 30 minutes. As you can see the resulting before and after are great. No more wires, YEAH! Now all I have to do is clean up my husband’s fingerprints, and vacuum, lol!
