Do you know how to say I love you with pizza? You could use a heart-shaped crust, but that’s not what I am sharing.
I will show you how to put a love message on a pizza.
Say I love you with pizza any time you want to!
Now you might find this post to be a bit cheesy, but do make sure you have a little dipping sauce with it!
Alright, enough of the spicy comments!
Use the pizza for love, anytime you want to remind someone that you love them, or maybe you want to tell them for the first time, but just can’t get it out!
Pizza is the true love of many and this one will let you say I love you with pizza!
A love message on a pizza is not…
IN all seriousness, pizza is a food favored by so many it would be hard to put a number on that.
It can be topped with cheese or not.
You could eat a pizza with so many different toppings is there even a way to figure out how many?
I would say that the possibilities of pizza toppings would be referred to by Buzz Lightyear as “To Infinity and beyond!”
A love message on a pizza is not a cowardly way to show your heart.
It means instead of wearing our heart on your sleeve and sharing that you are sharing something much tastier, a pizza for love.
The love message on a pizza is a way to express your love and mutual love of pizza.
I will also mention that a love message on a pizza is not a sappy heart-shaped pizza!
You are writing a love message on a pizza with what?
Now that is a great question.
You will make an I love you pizza using a pizza crust and vegetables.
The cheese will be optional or marginally added, but in my rendition, it is not added to make the pizza for love message very clear to see.
Now, you can intensify this, and change it up, just use my simple idea and take it to a new level!
Remember, a heart is the universal symbol of LOVE ♥!
No worries, a heart will be easily incorporated into this homemade food, also known as ‘say I love you with pizza’
So, I love ♥ Valentine’s Day, I always have, and yet, I feel like you just got to throw it right out there.
I mean, telling someone how you feel.
If you use a heart, it means to love, but that is just implied.
In its most basic beginning form, this is how the pizza will look.
Communication means, really telling someone how you feel.
So let’s cut through all the glossy-eyed, puppy dog stares and just say it!
Are you with me?
Let’s ‘DOUGH’ in there, get it, Let’s Go I changed it to DOUGH for Pizza dough!
Great Pizza Dough is a Must for creating an I Love You Pizza
Alright, so you need pizza dough, and you have 3 options.
you can either buy pre-made dough or make my 2-ingredient pizza dough or make my traditional Italian Pizza dough!
Watch the video to make the 2-ingredient pizza below ↓↓
As a bonus, the recipe is Weight Watcher’s friendly so you won’t be killing your eating lifestyle!
For those that choose store-bought pizza crust, all you have to do is roll it out, and then follow my recipe and you will be in great shape!
Essentials + Ingredients to Say I Love you with pizza
You will need a rectangular baking pan and a large cookie tray will do just fine.
Also, I suggest that is a rimmed tray as you will be using olive oil and if any slides off it will stay within the tray instead of IN your oven bottom that is not lined.
Then I would call the pizza, I love you pizza and I hate you oven!
Additionally, you will want a pastry brush and if you have a rolling pin it might make your whole task easier.
Please note parchment paper is a good thing if you want to use it, but if you want to crisp the pizza, you will be better off rolling the dough on the parchment and flipping it onto a cornmeal/brown rice coated cookie tray.
This way, the bottom will brown up/crisp up nicely.
Ingredients for our love message on a pizza.
Now you can deviate from any of these, just make sure you get a pop of color and veggies that like to be baked!
- chive stems of asparagus
- tomatoes
- red pepper
- spices
- olive oil
The Say I Love You with Pizza Basics
This love message on a pizza won’t be huge, it doesn’t have to be.
You might want to consider dipping sauce as this is more of an untopped pizza bread than it is cheesy and saucy.
Don’t overbake the crust or it will be dry and nasty.
Tip when preparing and cutting out the Heart!
I made this on a quick whim and should show you my new images, I have to update this post better.
But instead of cutting the heart out before baking, I cut it out as the dough comes out of the oven!
Perfection!
I suggest leaving the cookie cutter in when it bakes to hold the shape or to Cut the shape out as SOON as the pizza comes out of the oven just try NOT to get burned, but that works well.
If nothing else, this gives you a springboard to work from and create your own.
