You are flying away or driving to a destination of choice and those sedentary trips, really take a toll on your digestive movement, slowing it up and creating dehydration!
Steps To Avoid Travel Constipation
There are ways to not get entangled with delayed bowel movements, and to poop on vacation, here’s how!
#1 Prep The Week Before You Travel
Take a stool softener every day the week before you leave and while you are on vacation and get your body working like a well-greased machine (hahah)
This will keep your poo soft and a little easier to pass!

This is the one we have with us when we travel!
Purchase the name brand as we do or you purchase the store version (generic brand) of the same thing often it costs less.
#2 ~ Keep Supplements With You To Stay Regular While Traveling
Have something with you in case the normal stool softener does not help you enough because the softener just keeps it soft, unless you bought one with a laxative, you really won’t have to worry about a total blowout using a softener but it is smart to take that daily.
Whereas when you use a soft chew laxative, you will have a bit of a more powerful Number 2 session, and well, it might be necessary so you can feel better, therefore keeping a supplement such as this with you during travel is important.

Additionally, processed airport food choices don’t help, and if you ate some of the purchased food it has a lot of sodium, so you won’t be hydrated as the food will use the water in your body to process the food that you ate!

Since your travel might have begun early in the AM and totally ripped hell on your normal schedule for pooping, you’ll want to help yourself along in a few ways.

Often at check-in, they have water in a pitcher with lemon or water in bottles they provide, suck it up buttercup!

Of course, you might learn that there is a happy hour reception each evening and it’s just 30 minutes from when you checked in and you want to start your party, but your bowels are backed up with poo that you gotta get out, so no alcohol.

Munch on some prunes, or drink an 8-ounce glass of prune juice, warm or cold.

Naturally, I know there are those of you who just want to get this overwith and you really don’t want to deal with drinking more or eating lots of fibrous foods to get your poop on, so there is a quick method, however, it does come at your rather fast and furious and in my realm, is used as the least likely method to cure traveling constipation.
So how do you make yourself poop faster than a lightning bolt? You use a Fleet Enema and let it all just explode out of you!

Hot water and lemon. Drink, slurp, guzzle, bloat it up and you’ll end up finding a way out of being constipated!
