How To Make A Easy Smoked Skin On Potato Salad
I’ll again share that you do not need an Instant Pot or a Pressure Cooker, you can easily just use a pot to boil the potatoes and the eggs.
However, when it comes to not worrying about boiling, the pressure cooker is definitely a BFF in the kitchen, making food prep easier.

Step 1: Prepare Your Steamed Cubed Potatoes
Scrub your potatoes, put an ‘x’ in the middle of the potato, and simply use your pressure cooker to steam the potatoes.
Use this guide to steam the potatoes in your pressure cooker.
Step 2: Hard Boiled Eggs (pressure cooker or stovetop method)
You’ll want to prepare your hard-boiled eggs ahead of time, and cool them.
To cook your hard-boiled eggs in the pressure cooker, use my guide which is flawless from start to finish
Once you’ve prepared the hard-boiled eggs, cool them, peel them, and slice them in half, then remove the yolk and transfer it to a bowl and set that all aside.
Step 3: Prepare your Potato Salad With Celery and Onions
Using a cutting board, prepare your celery and onions for the potato salad.

Chop the celery and the onions into small pieces and set them aside making sure to have chopped them small enough that they live in the background of the recipe, the potato is the star attraction!

In a large mixing bowl, place your celery and onions.
