- 2 Large Russet Potatoes Scrubbed, 'x' slit, and cooked in pressure cooker
- 2-3 Large Eggs (hard boiled, shelled, yolk removed, white chopped) 5 minutes + 5 Minute Pressure Build + 5 To cool
- 3 Stalks of Celery
- 1/4 Sweet Chopped Onion
- 2 Tbsp. Mayo
- 2 Tbsp. Spicy Mustard
- 1-2 Tbsp. Relish
- 1-2 Tbsp. Hickory Smoked Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika

- Scrub your potatoes, put an 'x' in the middle of the potato, and use your pressure cooker to steam the potatoes.
- Use this guide to steam the potatoes in your pressure cooker. (It will take the pressure cooker anywhere from 5-15 minutes to build pressure, then 13 minutes to cook, and about 10-15 to allow for a natural release.)

- You'll want to prepare your hard-boiled eggs ahead of time and cool them.
- To cook your hard-boiled eggs in the pressure cooker, use my guide, which is flawless from start to finish.
- Once you've prepared the hard-boiled eggs, cool them, peel them, slice them in half, remove the yolk, transfer it to a bowl, and set that all aside.

- Prepare celery and onions for the potato salad using a cutting board.
- Chop the celery and the onions into small pieces and set them aside.
