These recipes may or may not be authentic recipes, but they are easy, and fit with a fiesta theme for any Mexican party you might be throwing.
Use these for summer parties, 4th of July, Graduations, Winter Holidays, whenever you want food with both colors that pop and flavor that is just explosive!

No.1 Arroz Verde
A spin on the traditional Mexican Green Rice.
There are a lot of versions of green rice, but I find this one to be very easy and that is why it made my list for Cinco de Mayo party recipes.
It’s all about the color and the flavor in this dish and it’s loaded with easy-to-find ingredients that won’t have you running around like a Mexican jumping bean to find them!
When it comes to bold flavor and a good bowl of rice, this is your go-to recipe. Don’t use boring old refried beans, try something new. You won’t believe where you get the color green from!

I needed a recipe I could toss together, as we got unexpected company.
Basically, I used what I had in the house to create my Garlic Lime Beef.
Thanks to my Instant Pot, everything turned out great and for that reason, it is also featured in my Cinco de Mayo Party recipes so that you can find the same success I did fast and easily without worrying if the meat is going to turn out or not!

There’s nothing like a good bowl of soup and my flavor-bombed spicy vegetarian tortilla soup will give you the fiesta kickin’ flavor!
Naturally, if you are not a ‘kick’ spice-driven person, eliminate the KICK if you so desire but still make the soup! Serve this in a bowl and offer toppings like shredded Mexican cheese, sour cream, thick ranch, and tortilla chips.
Versatile as it can be an appetizer, main meal, or a side dish, and it doesn’t have any meat in it so it’s fiesta-versatile! It’s always nice to have a dish that is meatless for your guests that may abstain from meat-eating.

What is Chili Lime Butter? It is a butter loaded with chili lime flavor!
You’ll make the butter ahead, and use it on everything from lobster and fish tacos, to your corn on the cob!
Insanely flavorful and only as intense in flavor as you decide.
Try it on fiesta popcorn, or on your grilled chicken!
No. 5 Firecracker Shrimp
These firecracker shrimp are fiery appetizers or main meals, depending on how you choose to serve them.
You can increase or decrease the heat and they make perfect finger foods!

Even if you have not, these are so easy they are kindergarten level!

Make this recipe once and I promise you’ll make it over and over again. Simplistic ingredients give way to the big chill (6 hours) and suddenly YUM in your bowl.
